Also check out the sweet resource WeFollow. Basically Twitter users sign up and tag themselves (ex: moodle, education, technology, sports)  which creates WeFollow ranked listings for those tags. You can check out a topic you’re interested in and see the most popular Twitter users with that tag. Nice tool to find helpful Twitterers!

  • Working on: Moodlerific

In the last few months I have been focusing on my Moodlerific site. Moodlerific is a blog all about the Learning Management System, Moodle.

I created this site because I’m a Moodle administrator in a large school district located in the Twin Cities in Minnesota and I wanted to create a place surrounding the software. Here, I post a variety of posts about Moodle news, resources, links, tips and any other information concerning Moodle.

Back in November of 2008 I didnt know what this blog would give me or any potential readers. So far, Moodlerific has given me a way to share my knowledge and to ask for others knowledge and advice. Having this blog has also given me motivation to keep up with blog posts (unlike this blog, woops!) and continue looking for useful Moodle resources and links to share. I was also recently offered an opportunity to read and review the book,  Moodle Administration.

It will be nice to have a site archiving all of the content and resources I’ve found and want to share and hopefully the site will provide some Moodle users with their own Moodle experience.

Take a look at my Moodlerific blog and leave any feedback!

  • Let me Google that for you!

Do you ever get asked questions that can be easily searched and found on Google? Many times at work or in “real life” I get asked questions or I hear people with questions that they can just not figure out. I search Google. It’s my first reaction. It’s not always everyone’s first reaction though–no fault to them–it’s just not in their thought process. letmegooglethatforyou.com is a funny site where you search for something and it records the “complicated process”. It then gives you a URL to give to your friends to help them find their answer : ) . I believe I found this through Digg but I know Lifehacker mentioned it and it’s all around the web.
